This notice explains how Brass Spade Interactive LLC handles information on this website and in the public Flow Blackjack web app.

The Brass Spade website

This site has no advertising, contact forms, or embedded social feeds. The appearance toggle stores only your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage; it contains no account or activity information and can be removed by clearing this site’s data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referral sources, visitor country, device and browser types, and site performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage, fingerprint individual visitors, or create individual visitor profiles.

Cloudflare also processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Analytics and hosting information are separate from Flow gameplay records. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Flow Blackjack on your device

Flow Blackjack is a publicly available progressive web app. You can play in a supported browser and install it on a compatible device. Flow stores saved profiles, practice decisions, statistics, and preferences locally in your browser. A local profile is not an online account. Guest play does not save a named practice profile.

Browser storage is not a permanent backup. Clearing site data, changing browsers or devices, or browser storage cleanup can remove your saved progress. Use the profile export feature to keep a separate backup; exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.

Flow does not currently provide account sign-in, automatic cloud backup, or automatic transfer of practice records between devices. Visiting Flow requires network requests to load and update the app.

When you contact us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Email is handled through Google Workspace.

Please send only information relevant to your question. You do not need to send your practice history or a profile backup with an initial support request.

Your choices

You can export a saved Flow profile or delete it using the app’s profile controls. Clearing Flow’s site data in your browser also removes local settings and saved data. Export anything you want to keep first. Deleting a profile does not remove backup files you saved separately.
